Description of Project: New facility for Skaneateles Central School District
The customer was seeking to build a multi-purpose building to be used for storage of athletic equipment and as a concession stand.
Dimensions: 60’W x 12’H x 60’L storage building with concession stand with extra wide 6’ roof overhangs.
Framing – Project specific designed post-frame building structures with pre-engineered clear span roof trusses to meet the interior space requirements of the project.
Interior space – Athletic equipment storage and concession stand.
Roof system – Architectural style 40yr roof shingles with eyebrow dormer with louver detail.
Exterior wall construction – Commercial quality 22ga painted steel siding with 2-tone wainscot accent detail and custom built decorative wood brackets beneath roof overhangs.
Exterior windows and doors – Commercial quality exterior doors and windows with arch top trim details.
The facility includes two custom fabricated stainless steel countertops to service the concession stand area.
