Description of Project: New indoor riding arena with horse stalls and viewing loft
The customer contacted us with desire to construct an indoor riding arena and horse stall barn.
Dimensions: 60’W x 18’H x 140’L building that includes a 60’ x 128’ indoor arena space with 12’ x 60’ space for horse stalls and a 12’ x 60’ viewing room on second floor loft at one end of the building.
Framing – Project specific designed post-frame building structure with pre-engineered clear span roof trusses to meet the interior space requirements of the project.
Interior space – Riding arena, horse stalls, and viewing loft.
Roof system – Painted steel roofing with factory applied Condenstop anti-condensation membrane
Exterior wall construction – Painted steel siding with wainscot accent detail.
Exterior windows and doors – Featuring custom built sliding door system with crossbuck trim and 15-lite decorate glass top, double crossbuck dutch doors at horse stalls, and galvanized stall hardware for interior stall finish. 48” high 2×6 t&g stirrup guard wall lining around interior of riding arena to protect both rider and horse.
