Description of Project: New ag building to be used at growing hop farm.
The customer contacted us with desire to construct a new building with respect to current and future needs of the hop farm.
Dimensions: 42’W x 18’H x 64’L building that includes an 10’ x 84’ wrap around porch and an interior loft space for additional storage area at one end of the building.
Framing – Project specific designed post-frame building structure with pre-engineered clear span scissor style roof trusses (sloped ceilings) to meet the interior space requirements of the project.
Interior space – Hop harvesting, storage, current and future farm needs.
Roof system – Painted steel roofing with factory applied Condenstop anti-condensation membrane
Exterior wall construction – Painted steel siding.
Exterior windows and doors – Featuring custom built sliding door system with crossbuck trim and 9-lite glass inserts at loft level, several energy efficient exterior doors and windows, and three over-sized insulated overhead doors with two full rows of glass for natural light to accommodate various sizes of farm equipment.
