Description of Project: New horse stall barn

The customer contacted us with desire to construct a horse stall barn matching the architecture of the nearby residence.

Dimensions: 36’W x 10’H x 72’L horse stall barn with covered porches and a 12’ x 72’ second story hay loft.   The building includes finished horse stall spaces, a feed room and tack room, dutch doors from each stall to the exterior, custom dormers to bring natural light into the second story loft, decorative brick porch columns, and several other features that tie in to the architecture of the residence.

Framing – Project specific designed post-frame building structures with stick framed roof rafters and floor joists to meet the interior space requirements of the project.

Interior space – Horse stalls, feed and tack room finished with 1×6 t&g v-joint knotty pine boards featuring black powder coated horse stall hardware.

Roof system – Architectural style 40yr roof shingles.

Exterior wall construction – Stained wood panel siding with additional trim details.

Exterior windows and doors – Custom built sliding and dutch door systems.
